The Deviate Nitro Elite 2 is a racing shoe that works for nearly all runners, providing pinnacle responsiveness, propulsion, and cushioning in an extreme lightweight package.  This model is designed for runners chasing their PR (personal record best) in competitions.  60g lighter than the Deviate, DeviateEliteV2 uses thinner rubber, thinner stronger carbon fiber plate, and thinner upper with no lining to maximize breathability. The plate is re-designed in the second version to be stronger and turn the foam into a better spring, aiding in efficiency. A new last accommodates a wider range of feet shapes, a straighter big toe, and 2mm lower drop (now 6mm) to maximize the foam for best efficiency. A new padded heel collar combines with a refined eyestay to maximizes lockdown.
